Product Guarantee
All new parts, accessories and workshop equipment carry full manufacturers’ warranties. If you have any problems with any item purchased at Parts Depot UK, please phone our customer service team on 08450 773 773 and we will arrange for the item to be returned or repaired. (See warranty section for more details on individual manufacturers’ warranties.)
Parts Delivery
At Parts Depot UK we aim to deliver all parts orders next day within the UK if placed before 4pm. These guidelines are subject to stock availability, if the product you require is not immediately available we will contact you to advise you of the likely lead-time or offer you an alternative.
Please examine goods carefully and notify us of any damage or omissions within 24 hours of receipt, or our carrier will not accept liability.
If you have any special requests for your delivery, please complete the additional information section in the checkout area, or e-mail us with your requirements.
Please note that our carriers will require a signature to confirm delivery and deliveries will normally take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Weekend deliveries may be available but may be subject to an additional charge - please ask for details.
Returns
You may return any part supplied within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and is still new and unused. Parts, which have been incorrectly ordered, may be returned subject to a 20% handling charge.
